Casting is a metal mastery earlier metal thermal processing technology, about 6,000 years of history. From about 1700 BC to 1000 BC, China has entered the heyday of bronze castings, and the process has reached a fairly high level.
Casting is the casting of liquid metal into the shape of the part to match the casting cavity, to be cooled and solidified, in order to obtain a part or blank. Most of the castables are metals that are solid but heated to a liquid state (eg, copper, iron, aluminum, tin, lead, etc.) and the mold material can be sand, metal or even ceramic.
Hot processing technology to meet different requirements, the use of methods will be different.
