Causes of early wear of the cylinder

1. New or major overhaul after the engine has not been strictly running in test operation on the input operation, resulting in cylinder and other parts of the early wear and tear.

2. Long term overload operation. Due to the long-term engine overload operation, the engine temperature rise, lubricating oil thinning, poor lubrication, accelerated the cylinder liner, piston and piston rings and other parts of the wear. Because of rising oil, air coefficient decreased, the air and fuel imbalance, incomplete combustion, cylinder and other parts of coke increased, causing the cylinder fault, thereby speeding up the early wear of the cylinder.

3. Long idle running. When the engine is idling for long time, low temperature, poor lubrication, incomplete combustion, coke formation, accelerate the early wear of the cylinder. Because the machine temperature is low, the cylinder is easy to produce acidic substances, corrosive to produce pitting spalling caused by cylinder, cylinder, early wear.

4. Frequent start. Engine flameout, lubricating oil in the oil soon to flow back to the oil pan, so frequent starting, can make the surface of the cylinder, piston and piston ring parts in dry friction or semi dry friction state, will accelerate the wear of cylinder liner.

5. Do not attach importance to air filter maintenance, resulting in serious air filter filter clogging, without the filter of air directly into the cylinder. And the air contained in a variety of dust impurities, which accounted for more than half of silicon dioxide, its hardness than steel, so the air into the cylinder, accelerated the cylinder wear.

6. Do not change the oil regularly. After a certain period of time, the oil will gradually aging, lose lubrication, and mixed with some mechanical impurities caused by abrasive wear.

7. Engine starting pre heating period for fuel. Multi cylinder diesel engine is lower than 5 DEG C when the temperature must be fully preheated to the cylinder oil supply, but during preheating fuel, not only difficult to start early, and injected into the fuel, due to incomplete burning, cylinder coke increased, accelerated wear of the cylinder.

8. After starting the engine without preheating is put into operation, because the machine temperature is too low, immediately stepped on the gas and the incomplete combustion in the cylinder coke increased, accelerated the cylinder wear.

9. The engine work in spite of. Such as connecting rod bending, distortion, the mating parts loose or tight.

10. Selection of lubricating oil is not pay attention to specifications.

11. Boom accelerator".
