In winter, the temperature is low, and the cylinder head of diesel engine is prone to leakage. The main reasons are as follows:
1. After starting to add cooling water. After starting the diesel engine, the internal temperature increased immediately, if added to the cooling water, the cylinder body and the cylinder cover will be due to rapid cooling, cold shrink and crack.
2. After shutdown, there is no cooling water. The water is frozen into ice machine, the volume increased, occurrence of the cylinder block and cylinder head cracking.
3. Operation of the engine, the cooling water is insufficient or boil water tank machine temperature is too high, sudden cooling water. The cylinder block and cylinder head are too cold to cause cracking.
4. Diesel engine for a long time operation, high temperature inside the machine, let the hot water immediately after parking. Can cause high temperature
The cold air and the cracking parts.
5. Use the pressure reducing machine to stop, so that the high temperature of the cylinder head suddenly encountered cold air and lead to cracking.
To prevent cracking of various types of cylinder block and cylinder head with the following methods:
1. Before starting the diesel engine, should be added to the water tank temperature and hot water, winter season to be poured hot water 2~3 times, to be on the outflow of water in the water about 30~50 C.
2. Diesel engine running time is longer, should wait for about half an hour after the shutdown, the machine temperature dropped to 40~50. After the water is best to use fine wire to poke through the drain valve switch to prevent sediment clogging the drain valve.
3. Diesel engine overheating of serious water shortage, should make the diesel engine idling for 10~15 minutes, then slowly add the cooling water.
